Order Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on the website voyin-voli.com, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms set out below, as well as the Privacy Policy and the applicable Delivery and Payment Terms.

1. Legal status of the order

• Placing an order on the website constitutes an electronic offer by the Customer to enter into a purchase agreement.
• The agreement is considered concluded only upon confirmation of the order by the Seller (verbally, in writing, or via electronic communication channels including email, SMS, or messengers).
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time prior to confirmation, without providing a reason.

2. Pricing and commercial terms

3. Payment

5. Order fulfillment

• In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

6. Liability disclaimer

• The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure circumstances.
• The Seller is not responsible for incorrect order details provided by the Customer (e.g., address, phone number, email).

7. Returns and exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and/or EU regulations (if applicable).
• Products may only be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
