We have great respect for the confidential (personal) information of all persons without exception who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site; in connection with which we strive to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site's services for each user.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedure for the implementation and processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access, changes, blocking or deletion of their personal data and handling any questions you may have regarding personal data protection practices.

Consent to the processing of personal data

I, as the subject of personal data, consent to the processing of my personal data specified by me during registration, filling out a loan application, as well as those specified in the "Personal Account", in the "Counterparties" personal data database in order to ensure the obligations assumed by the Owner, to ensure relations in the field of tax, accounting, static reporting, as well as to ensure relations in the field of advertising and conducting business relations, sending (sending) to my address special offers, information about new goods, services and promotional campaigns, discounts, other actions, within the framework of its activities, as well as the fulfillment by the Owner of its obligations to me, as a buyer of goods and/or services, etc., namely:

• last name, first name, patronymic, residential address, home or mobile phone numbers, other contact information, passport details, TIN (RNOKPP), date of birth and other information provided by me during registration, in the Loan Application Form, in the Personal Account, etc.;

• any other personal data and information voluntarily provided by the Subject of the owner's personal data, contained in documents provided when filling out questionnaires, conducting interviews, in the process of processing applications, other documents and executing concluded contracts, as well as data that may be necessary for the owner in connection with the implementation of the purpose of processing personal data, including passport data, if any were provided.

Personal data processing may be carried out on paper and/or electronic media with the possible use of mixed processing: automated and non-automated.

I agree that DISTRI may transfer my personal data to third parties, affiliated legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the purpose of processing them, to banking institutions, financial institutions, other third parties, provided that such persons comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data (without additional consent and notification of the subject of personal data upon their transfer), including to the following financial institutions for the purpose of considering the possibility of granting a loan. I also give permission to the specified financial institutions to access information about my credit history contained in any credit bureaus of Ukraine.

I confirm my agreement with all of the above, as well as what has been reported about the owner of personal data; the purposes of processing personal data; the composition and content of personal data; the persons to whom personal data may be transferred; I understand my rights provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Please note:

The Site is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the personal data subject. In any case, when optional information is requested, the user will be notified at the time of collection of such information.

The site does not collect any information, the processing of which is subject to certain requirements by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, convictions for a crime or convictions for a criminal offense, as well as data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").

Please note:

The Company collects data on the statistics of visits to the Site. The information may include information about the connection, traffic, user browser, as well as the date, time, duration of use of the Internet and stay on the Site.

Processing of personal data

Processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centers where equipment is located that ensures the functioning of the Site services. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Base or in a separate table of the Site Database.

Purposes of using personal data

Your personal data is used to ensure the provision of the Site's Internet services, exchange of information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the implementation of the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data with regard to Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunications Systems", "On State Support for the Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists", as well as in accordance with the Rules for Using the Site.

Personal data retention period

Personal data is stored for a period slightly longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing it.

After the personal data subject ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting his/her account on the Site, his/her personal data is also automatically deleted.

Use of cookies

A cookie is a text file or files containing a small amount of information that is sent to a web browser and stored on a user's device. Such devices may include a computer, mobile phone or other device through which the user visits the Site.

Accordingly, if the user, for any reason, does not want the specified services to access his personal data, the user may, at his own discretion, log out of his account or profile and clear cookies (via his browser).

Safety of minors

The Site is not intended for minors. The Company takes security issues very seriously, especially regarding persons who have not reached the age of majority, in connection with which, for its part, the Company appeals to parents to explain to their children the issues of security on the Internet, their specific purpose and the need to use certain services of the Site.

Interaction of the Site with third parties regarding personal data

The Site does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is required by law, at the request of the subject of personal data or in other cases set out in this Policy. Personal information is valuable and inalienable content, including personal non-property rights of any individual, and therefore takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users, which is voluntarily and knowingly transferred by the latter to the Company.

The Site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When you follow a link to other websites, this Policy applies to such websites.

Confidentiality of the activity of the personal data subject on the Site

Information about the activity (traffic) on the Site of users passing through the network, or the user's email, is protected in accordance with the law. That is, we do not in any way or manner violate the confidentiality of user activity when using the latest services of the Site.

Personal data protection

The Site uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection from any threats that arise outside the Company's control.

The site ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction or damage.

The Site provides access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Company's requirements.

The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorized by him is permitted in cases specified by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.

Terms of access to personal data

The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent provided to the owner of personal data for the processing of this data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request are indicated, except for cases established by law.

User access to personal data is free of charge.

Delaying a user's access to personal data is not allowed.

The postponement of access to personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.

The notice of postponement shall be communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.

The decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or through the court.

Rights of the personal data subject

The site provides you with information about your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", namely:

• to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to provide an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by them, except in cases established by law;

• receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;

• to access your personal data;

• receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

• submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;

• submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data to any owner and controller of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;

• to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against providing information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

• file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or with the court;

• include reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;

• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

• know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

• to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences.

To update, access, change, block or delete your personal data, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided by you to the Site in accordance with this Policy, or if you have any comments, wishes or complaints regarding your personal data being processed, please log in and change your personal account.

Policy Change

This Policy may be amended and supplemented periodically and without prior notice to the user, including due to changes in legal requirements.

In the event of material changes to this Policy, a notice will be posted on the Site and the effective date of such changes will be indicated. If you do not decline to accept them in writing within the specified period, this will mean that you agree to the relevant changes to the Policy. Please review the Policy from time to time to be aware of any changes or additions.
