Delivery

Dear customers! Orders are picked and delivered on a first-come, first-served basis and within 1 to 14 days (depending on urgency). For detailed information about your order, please contact the manager.

You can receive your order in the following ways:

• Delivery to the Nova Poshta warehouse
• Delivery to the address by courier Nova Poshta

You can return a new product without any signs of use within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery to the Nova Poshta warehouse

You can receive your order in any location in Ukraine at the warehouse of one of the delivery services of your choice. When ordering, specify the branch or warehouse address where it will be most convenient for you to pick up the order.

Additionally, the manager will inform you about the date of shipment and arrival of your order. In case of prepayment, we send the order after the money is received on our account.

The order can be picked up within 5 days from the date of shipment. If the order is not picked up, it will be returned. It will be possible to receive this order again only after full prepayment of the order cost.

*Cash on delivery service is paid by the buyer separately, according to the courier service rates.

Some groups of goods are shipped exclusively upon prepayment.

Courier delivery to Nova Poshta

The customer pays the cost of delivering the order according to the carrier company's tariffs.

When receiving your order, be sure to check the integrity of the product (packaging and its contents).

The seller reserves the right to choose the delivery service, depending on the content of the order and the region of shipment.

Payment

We accept:

• cash payment upon receipt of the order (to the courier or cash on delivery)
• cash on delivery (Nova Poshta delivery service)
• Visa and MasterCard payment cards (LiqPay payment service)

Cash to the courier

You can pay for the order to the courier upon receipt of the ordered goods at the specified delivery address using the cash on delivery service by Nova Poshta delivery services.

Postpaid

Nova Poshta delivery services act as an intermediary in the delivery of goods and acceptance of cash on delivery.

Visa and MasterCard payment cards Visa and MasterCard

Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted for payment on the website.

When placing an order, you need to select from the list of possible payment methods – payment by LiqPay Bank payment card, and then confirm the order.

Next, you will be redirected to a special secure bank page, where you need to log in and confirm payment from your card.
